Orange launches 'joint' connection plan for iPad and iPhone
A mobile phone company has unveiled the first joint tariff for customers with both an ipad and iphone.
Orange has launched it's 'Connected' plan for people with both an iPad 2 and an iPhone 4.
The deal gives customers 600 minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited BT Openzone WiFi access and a 2GB shared data allowance across both devices for £65 a month.
Orange hope the offer - the first of its kind anywhere in the world - will help it benefit from the huge surge in popularity in the Apple devices.
The iPad 2, which went on sale in March, is already on course to sell more units than the original in the UK.
Last month Apple announced its quarterly earnings grew by 95% to £3.65bn compared with the same period a year before. It has said it plans to build a further 38 million iPads this year.
