Wildlife: Red kites in a flap for a free dinner

A Good Samaritan has fed them for 16 years by collecting off-cuts of meat from a local abattoir before leaving them at a secret location.

The woman, who is licensed to feed the birds, wants to remain anonymous to help protect the kites which are now recovering in Wales after they were almost hunted to extinction.
