M60 traffic: Vehicle overturns in huge crash as all traffic stopped
Motorway cameras show traffic on the M60 building after the crash.
All traffic has been stopped on the M60 after a vehicle overturned in a huge crash.
The crash occurred on J25 A560 Crookilley Way on the M60 clockwise on Tuesday, November 18.
Traffic monitoring system Inrix said: "All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to overturned vehicle on M60 clockwise after J25 A560 Crookilley Way (Brinnington).
Traffic was stopped at around 7:05am.

Traffic chaos as 20 min delays between J8 and J11 on M60
Motorists are facing travel chaos this morning as there is also 20 min delays between Junctions 8 and 11 on M60.
A National Highways map shows heavy congestion also from Junction 8 to 11 where there is currently stationary traffic in the rush hour.
It states: "There are currently delays of 20 minutes against expected traffic."
Half an hour delays remain
There are delays of half an hour on the M60 clockwise between Bredbury J26 and J27 following a multi vehicle collision.
M60 junction 26 and 27 - all lanes now reopened
All lanes are now open following the incident this morning, but delays of around 30 minutes remain.
National Highways shared on X: "All lanes are now OPEN on the M60 clockwise between Bredbury J26 and J27 following a multi vehicle collision. Please allow extra time if travelling in the area as delays of 30 mins remain. Thanks for your patience."
Several incidents around Manchester during rush hour
Motorists heading in and out of Manchester this morning are facing delays as several incidents are unfolding.
A map of the network of roads around the city shows congestion building on the M60, M62, M61, M67 and A666.
Some of the incidents include:
The M62 westbound between junctions J12 and J11. Collision. Expected to clear between 08:30 and 08:45.
The M60 clockwise between junctions J26 and J27. Accident involving an overturned vehicle. Expected to clear between 08:45 and 09:00.
The M62 westbound at junction J12. Congestion.
The M67 westbound between junctions J2 and J1. Congestion.
The M61 southbound between junction and the M60. Congestion affecting A666.
Collision causing congestion near Manchester Airport
Natinal Highways North-West said another collision had taken place on the M62 westbound between junctions J12 and J11.
The agency said "Normal traffic conditions are expected between 9:30am and 9:45am."

National Highways reveal multi-vehicle collision has led to three mile tailback
National Highways North-West said the incident on the M60 was a multi-vehicle collision.
The agency added there was three miles of congestion behind J25 where the smash took place.
National Highways wrote on X: "Traffic is currently stopped on the M60 clockwise between Bredbury J26 and J27 due to a multi vehicle collision. Emergency services are on scene There are approx. 3 miles of congestion on approach."
