Schoolgirl, 15, found dead in heartbreaking discovery in Lanarkshire

Tragedy has struck in a town in Scotland after the sudden death of a 15-year-old girl died at the weekend. The 15year-old's body was discovered by police at about 8.30am on Saturday, April 22, close to Union Way, Uddingston.
There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances, authorities have confirmed, with a report being prepared for the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.30am on Saturday, April 22, the body of a 15-year-old female was discovered near Union Way, Uddingston.
"There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
