Crash on M18 leads to 4.5 mile queue and 60-minute delays as fuel spillage cleared
Long delays of up to 60 minutes are reported between J4 and J3 near Doncaster due to a collision.
One of the two lanes is closed after a collision on the M18 near Doncaster. Long delays are reported as a large fuel spillage was cleared from the road. National Highways said the delays in traffic could reach up to one hour.
The incident happened on the M18 southbound in South Yorkshire.
There are long delays of up to 60 minutes between J4 and J3 near Doncaster.
National Highways Traffic Officers and service providers are on the scene working to clear the collision.
In an update, National Highways said there is approximately 4.5 miles of congestion on approach to this incident.
The service advised road users to expect disruption and to allow extra journey time.
