School chaos as two rushed to hospital after ‘gas leak’ - evacuation as site locked down
TWO people have been rushed to hospital after a school was evacuated amid reports of a gas leak this afternoon.

Paramedics assessed and discharged more than 80 people at St Paul's Catholic High School in Wythenshawe after being called to reports of an "aerosol" having been discharged at the site in Greater Manchester. Police closed Firbank Road in the Newall Green area of the city while the situation was contained, the Manchester Evening News reported.
The North West Ambulance Service later confirmed that it was "dealing with an incident at a high school in Wythenshawe".
It added two patients were taken to hospital with "minor breathing difficulties".
Their ages and whether they were pupils, staff or visitors have not been confirmed.
It tweeted: "We are at (the) scene with a number of ambulances and clinicians and have assessed and discharged more than 80 people – we continue to do this.
"Two patients have been taken to hospital with minor breathing difficulties."
In a tweet, a GMP spokesperson said the school had been "evacuated as a precaution".
It added: "We're assisting colleagues from @NWAmbulance and @manchesterfire following a report of a gas leak at a school today on Firbank Road in Manchester.
"Road closures are in place and the school has been evacuated as a precaution.

"No one is reported injured at this time."
A spokesperson for St. Paul's Catholic High School said: "Earlier this afternoon the school was evacuated as a precaution due to the suspected discharge of an aerosol in one area of the school.
"The emergency services were called by the school to support the efforts being made to ensure the wellbeing of our pupils.
"All pupils have been accounted for and responded to the situation in a very mature way.
"Parents have been notified about this incident via email and text message, but, there is currently no need to collect their child early from school."
