Teen charged with pitch assaults during Nottingham Forest-Leicester City FA Cup match
A TEENAGER has been charged after three players were allegedly attacked during an FA Cup game on Sunday.
The Leicester City fan invaded the pitch as Nottingham Forest celebrated a goal.
The Nottingham Forest players were allegedly struck while celebrating a goal during their 4-1 win against Leicester on Sunday.
Cameron Toner, 19, of Leicester, has been charged with three counts of common assault and a separate offence of going on to a playing area at a football match.
Nottinghamshire Police said Toner had been released on conditional bail and will appear before Nottingham magistrates on February 24.
