Huge blaze erupts at chemical plant - Police urge people to 'avoid the area'
A HUGE 'chemical fire' broke out in Aylesbury on Monday causing a busy road to be closed in both directions as emergency services tackled the blaze.

Thames Valley Police confirmed the "ongoing incident" closed a bypass from the Tring Hill entry slip-road to the Aylesbury Aston Clinton Road exit and that the closure would "remain in place for several hours".
Thames Valley Police wrote on Facebook: "The A41 bypass is currently closed from the Tring Hill Entry Slip-road to the Aylesbury Aston Clinton Road exit.
"This is due to an ongoing incident.
"This will remain in place for several hours.
"Please avoid the area and plan an alternative route.
"There will be updates throughout the morning."
Bucks and MK Fire tweeted: "Multiple appliances and crews are currently dealing with an incident involving an acetylene cylinder in the area of Aston Clinton.
"Firefighters are in the process of cooling the cylinder.
"A 200m cordon is in place. This has affected the A41 in both directions."

Buckinghamshire Recycles announced its household recycling centre in Aston Clinton has been closed.
The centre, in College Road North, was forced to shut due to the ongoing incident.
They tweeted: "No access to Aston Clinton Household Recycling Centre due to an incident nearby. It will likely last several hours.
"Delay your visit until tomorrow if possible, or visit the Aylesbury site, although this will be busy as a result."
