London stabbing latest: Man fatally knifed outside Clapham Common tube station
A MAN has been stabbed to death in broad daylight this afternoon outside a busy tube station in south west London.

The Met Police were called to the attack which took place outside Clapham Common tube station shortly after 2.30pm. The force has confirmed the man believed to be in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene despite the best efforts from the London Ambulance Service. No arrests have yet been made.
In a statement the Met said: "Police were called at 14:37hrs on Friday, 29 March following reports of a stabbing on Clapham Park Road, close to Clapham Common tube station.
"Officers attended with London Ambulance Service colleagues.
"A man aged in his 40s was found suffering from stab wounds.
"Despite the efforts of paramedics he sadly died at the scene."
The victim's next of kin have not yet been informed and police are working to establish the circumstances.
In the surrounding areas road closures have been put in place as officers continue with their investigation .

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes, however Clapham Common tube station is not believed to be affected.
