A MAN has been stabbed after a fight at Stockwell bus station in London.

Police said they found a man suffering from stab wounds in Binfield Road in south London. The 27-year-old has been taken to hospital in an unknown condition. A Met Police spokesman said: “Police were called at 1.35pm to Stockwell bus garage, SW4 to a report of a fight at the location between two men.
“On arrival police found a 27-year-old man suffering stab injuries.
“London’s Air Ambulance attended the scene and have taken the victim to a south London hospital. The severity of the victim’s injuries is not known at this time.
“Cordons are in place around Binfield Road. No arrests have been made. Enquiries are ongoing.”
Infield Road was closed from Clapham Road at Stockwell Station to Landsdowne Road.
Bus routes 196 and P5 were diverted.
It is just the latest stabbing to hit the streets of the capital.
Yesterday a woman, aged in her thirties, and two men were found in Church Road, Leyton yesterday afternoon.
Police and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene shortly after 3.30pm.
The victims were taken to hospital, with the woman in a critical condition.
And a knife attack in Barking, London, left a man with serious “slash injuries” to the face on Friday night, police have confirmed.
A Met Police spokesman said: “Police were called at 9.50pm on Friday, 4 January to reports of a fight on Wakering Road at the junction with Station Parade in Barking.
“Officers attended and found a man suffering from slash injuries.
“He was treated by the London Ambulance Service.
“One man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.”
