Enormous WHALE washes up DEAD on UK beach: Horrifying pictures of huge carcass
THE dead mammal - thought to be a baleen whale - was spotted around 4pm yesterday at Hartland Quay, on the North Devon Heritage Coast.

Sarah Stafford, manager of the nearby Hartland Quay Hotel and Pub, said: "We have reported it to the Government on their specialist whale and dolphin hotline.
"It's huge but it's definitely dead. We think it's a baleen whale.

"I can't imagine anything will happen to it very soon because it is dead - but at the moment the tide is currently washing it further inshore."
It comes after shock footage emerged showing the moment a paddle boarder had the shock of their life when a pod of enormous whales rose up out of the deep blue ocean beside them.

The footage showed a pod of humpbacks rising out of the depths of the ocean.
Floating on the surface was a paddle boarder sitting in their board, which paled in comparison.
The whale has been reported to the Government’s specialist whale and dolphin hotline
As the whales zoomed upwards through the water, one of them moved threateningly close to the board.
The incredible video has gone viral since it was shared online.
