Queen Letizia wore an oversized white shirt which had long sleeves and cut off just below her hips.
She styled the shirt casually by leaving the top buttons undone and the collar open.
The look was pulled together with a pair of loose fitting grey checked trousers.
Letizia's trousers were rolled up at the bottom and cut off just above the ankles.
The stylish monarch opted for comfort and wore a pair of flat white trainers on her feet.
Although she often opts for heeled shoes when out, Letizia went for comfort as she visited hospital.
The Queen of Spain wore her hair down and styled into a straight blow-dry which sat just below shoulder.
She kept her make-up simple for the occasion with a slick of brown eyeshadow and sweep of mascara.
A small leather bag was rested over her shoulders and hanged from a silver chain.
Earlier this month, she showed off her great fashion sense again on a day out with her husband.
Letizia wore a summery white midi dress which was paired with tan wedged sandals.
The collarless dress had no sleeves and small white buttons down the front of it.
She completed the summery look with a blue and cream striped bag and pulled her hair into a low ponytail.
Although her daughters stay mostly out of the limelight, they also accompanied her on the day out.
The dress had an asymmetric hem and a pink and purple floral design across it.
Her hair was swept into a side parting and she completed the look with a pair of drop emerald earrings.
