Apple will open the doors of its week-long developer conference – WWDC – at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, San Francisco, California later today.
CEO Tim Cook will kickstart the opening keynote presentation, where he is expected to preview some of the features and functionality in the pipeline for the company's best-selling iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple TV and Apple Watch operating systems.
Fans will get a glimpse at iOS 10, OS X 10.12, watchOS 3.0 and tvOS 10. Although the finalised updates will probably not launch until the autumn when Apple unveils new hardware.

CEO Tim Cook will kickstart the opening keynote presentation at 6pm BST
Watch On Your Computer
The easiest way to watch the keynote is to navigate to Apple.com/Apple-Events/June-2016.
Apple will update the page, which features prominently on its homepage, when the event starts at 10am PDT, 6pm BST.
Unfortunately the video feed will only work in Apple's own Safari browser, or Microsoft Edge (although few people are using it)
However the live stream will load on the mobile and desktop version of both web browsers, so you'll be able to watch on all your OS X, iOS and Windows 10 devices.
The keynote presentation will be live streamed from San Francisco on Apple's website, Apple TV
Watch On Your Smartphone
Safari on iOS will be able to stream the opening keynote when CEO Tim Cook takes to the stage later today.
Navigate on your iPhone or iPad to Apple.com/Apple-Events/June-2016 and you'll be able to tune-in.
There is also a dedicated WWDC app in the App Store, although this targeted primarily towards developers at the conference since it features a complete timetable of the talks and seminars.
Watch On Your Television
If you have a second or third generation Apple TV, Apple should have already rolled out an Apple Events channel to your homescreen.
This preinstalled channel lets you live stream the event from San Francisco.
If you have the new fourth-generation Apple TV (the one with the touchscreen Siri remote control) you'll need to download the app from the App Store.
This dedicated Apple Events app lets you stream today's event as well as rewatch older keynote presentations.
And of course, Express.co.uk will have all of the latest news from the 2016 Worldwide Developers Conference.
