MusicMagpie's 45p-a-day Apple iPad deal has one major selling point Sky can't beat

Apple fans can pick up one of the brand’s latest iPads for less than 50p in a deal with one major selling point. We’ve spotted the deal at musicMagpie on the 11th-generation tablet, Apple’s iPad A16.
The gadget only launched last year and usually costs £319 when buying outright from Amazon, but there’s a way to get the same model for the equivalent of roughly 45p per day. It’s available when splitting the cost on a 36-month plan at £13.62 per month, which beats a rival deal from Sky Mobile in one key area.
While Sky’s iPad deal costs a cheaper £10.50 per month, it also requires a £12 upfront cost and a much longer 48-month commitment. This equates to a £516 overall cost based on today’s prices, while musicMagpie’s iPad deal comes in at £490.32.
A crucial thing to consider is that the deal is for a refurbished iPad in ‘pristine’ condition. While not brand new, musicMagpie says the device is ‘fully tested’ and in ‘excellent working order’.
The brand also includes a free 12-month warranty for peace of mind covering ‘technical defects’ and ‘faults caused by improper workmanship or materials’. The iPad A16 is the latest entry-level model in Apple’s tablet range, first launched in March 2026.
It’s powered by Apple’s A16 processor for smooth streaming and web browsing, with an 11” Liquid Retina display for clear and vivid images. This model is also compatible with a data SIM from networks such as Sky Mobile for using the iPad without a WiFi connection.
Other features include 128GB of storage, a 12MP camera, and compatibility with fast WiFi 6 and accessories like the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard Folio. musicMagpie has earned thousands of positive reviews on Trustpilot, where it boasts a 4.5-star score from more than 300,000 reviews.
One said: “This is the third time I’ve purchased refurbished tech from musicMagpie. First was an iPad and the other two mobile phones. All looked like new. They were well packaged and delivered within a couple of days. Throughout I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Excellent company that I would highly recommend.”

Another said: “Ordered iPad in good condition, can’t see a mark on it. The battery lasts all day. Overall very happy and would buy again.”
This buyer left a four-star review for their Apple iPad purchase due to the delivery time, saying: “Excellent product, looked brand new. The website said it would be delivered next day, but it took two days to arrive.”
Meanwhile, this five-star review says: “I got a 2022 iPad Air in pristine condition. The value for money was incredible since the real thing was worth £200-300 more than I paid. I was so happy with my experience. For pristine condition items, they are very trustworthy and a great value for money.”
