All Sky TV users treated to a free upgrade today - how to unlock it on your device
All Sky customers are getting access to a free upgrade from today with a new app launching across Sky Stream, Sky Glass and Sky Q.
Something new is coming to Sky devices from today that was previously only available for those with a Glass TV and a Sky Live camera. The Mvmnt fitness app has been available via a Sky Live subscription since last year but, from today June 26, anyone with Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass (without paying for Sky Live) can access it and get their heart rate up.
Sky TV, Sky Stream and Netflix bundle is now £26 a month. This includes blockbuster HBO shows The Regime and The Sympathizer, plus hit netflix content like Ripley and The Gentlemen.

This service offers a swathe of fitness classes aimed at getting you off the sofa and your body moving a bit more. On-screen coaches help guide you through each exercise and there are a range of levels so it doesn't matter how fit - or unfit - you are.
Mvmnt includes classes such as Pilates, strength training, cardio, meditation, yoga and more with some routines starting from a quick five minutes which should help you fit them into your busy schedule.
Everything is available to view right from your Sky box although those with a Sky Live get the added bonus of feedback with this camera able to track and monitor movement in real-time so you know if you are getting things right.
If you fancy getting rid of your beer belly then you'll find Mvmnt in the app section of your device.

It's totally free to use for the first 45 days and then costs £7.99 per month.
Those who subscribe also get access to the mobile app giving them the option to browse and schedule workouts for the future, keep track of progress and squeeze in an extra workout when away from home.
