Not a lot of people know this but I’m very good at… giving massages. I did a sports massage course and got 99 per cent.
My best friend is…. my brother Nikki. We work together, travel together and get on really well. He had a baby boy, Oscar, last year who I adore hanging out with.
My nickname is… Wicksy. I got it at school and even the teachers called me Wicksy.
The bravest thing I’ve ever done is… jump out of an aeroplane in Australia. I screamed so much but I loved it.
Joe Wicks admits 'blowing out' on chocolate for past month
My favourite TV show is… Planet Earth. I love it and David Attenborough is such a legend. I saw him at the ITV studio once and was totally starstruck.
My perfect evening is… being at home with my friends and family cooking a nice meal. If I go out, it’s usually for a few cocktails followed by a delicious burger.
My first kiss was… probably playing kiss chase at school when I was 10.
My biggest regret is… I don’t do regrets – some things don’t go as planned but I always move on.
The best thing my parents taught me was… do what you enjoy. I borrowed £1,000 from my dad to buy equipment for my bootcamp and I remember sitting on the floor and nearly crying because I couldn’t pay him back. He told me not to worry about money and to do something that I enjoyed. How right he was.
The last time I cried was… when I was giving a keynote speech at Westminster Cathedral for my old university’s graduation ceremony. I was talking about my career and all of a sudden I got really emotional and I cried.
The first record I ever bought was… Chaka Demus & Pliers’ Twist And Shout.
It’s not good for my image but I like… It’s not about image for me – what you see is what you get.
My greatest weakness is… chocolate fondant. It’s my favourite dessert. I love it.
Joe Wicks loves to indulge in a chocolate fondant on his day off
I drive… a black Mini Cooper convertible. It’s fast, parks itself and is almost like a go-kart.
The shop I can’t walk past is… Aesop. They’re a boutique cosmetics company who make nice-smelling products. I particularly love their soaps and creams.
My perfect Sunday is… hanging out with my family or going for a bike ride in Richmond Park. Afterwards, we usually end up at my place, where I like to cook a nice big roast as we’re all starving by that time.
My favourite place in Britain is… Richmond Park. I love it so much, especially the deer.
My last holiday was to… Lake Como in Italy where I had just finished filming my new DVD and workout series. Although we were filming for eight hours a day, I was doing what I love in a beautiful location – and I got an afternoon by the pool, so it was kind of a holiday. I am currently reading…
The Shoe Dog by the guy who founded Nike, Phil Knight.
If I had half an hour left on Earth I would…spend it with my loved ones. As long as you have people you love around you, that’s all you really need.
Joe Wicks: Lean In Fifteen Workouts is available on DVD and digital download from November 13, rrp £19.99.
