Steve Baker assumed he was the only one in the world with a one inch penis.
At 62 years of age, he spent much of his life suffering in silence.
But three years ago, the Essex-born farmer learned he was not alone.
Steve has a very rare condition known as ‘hypospadias’.

The congenital defect of the penis plagues approximately one in 125 men.
Approximately 1,500 procedures on the organ are conducted in the UK alone each year.
Unfortunately, they are not all successful.
When Steve was 21, he had an operation that only caused further problems.

Speaking to Mail Online, Steve said: “There is no question it affected my self-confidence and my entire personality because of the importance that society places on the size of men's penises."
Steve trained as a farmer before moving to New Zealand.
He found love at 29 and fathered two children, despite admitting that “sex was so difficult”.

Steve’s marriage broke down in 2001 and he has since moved to Canada, where he enjoys the great outdoors.
He isn’t currently in a serious relationship, but has found comfort in connecting with others who suffer the condition through the internet.
