Anyone in England who has an unused bike in need of a repair is eligible for a voucher.
However, the UK Government is asking people to be considerate.
The Governent’s site says: “As there are a limited number of vouchers available, please consider the needs of others before applying for a voucher and do not delay making planned repairs outside of the scheme should your circumstances allow it.”
If you are in need of the voucher, you can apply at quarter to midnight on Tuesday on the Energy Saving Trust website.

Mechanics or owners of cycle repair businesses in England who would like to participate in the scheme as a repairer can apply online.
The vouchers can only be used in participating bike shops and mechanics, so it’s worth ringing the service before turning up.
Up to two vouchers can be claimed per household, meaning you and your partner, friend or child can get your bike fixed at once.
You should to be prepared to pay a little extra towards the repair, but most problems should not cost more than £50.

This scheme comes on top of the Government’s plan for GPs to prescribe cycling to patients in areas with poor health rates.
Patients will be able to access bikes through their local GP surgery.
Boris Johnson said he wants to be more like Holland, where cycling is a standard mode of transport.
He will be funding twelve new areas to become more bike-friendly, and is dubbing these areas ‘mini-Hollands’.
These areas will be transformed “to make them, over time, as cycle and pedestrian-friendly as their Dutch equivalents.”
This is all part of the Government’s obesity strategy, which was launched on Monday.
Public Health England found that being overweight or obese puts people at greater risk of serious illness or death from coronavirus.
Boris Johnson himself admitted he was “too fat” when he went into intensive care to be treated for the virus.
He said in a video posted on his official twitter: “I've always wanted to lose weight for ages and ages.
"I think many people, I struggle with my weight."
According to Government figures, more than 60 percent of British adults are considered an unhealthy weight.
More than half of these people are obese, and the Government is using the pandemic as an excuse to crack down on this health issue.
Cycling to work and bike rides will be the new normal.
