1.Celebrate in style: Cinnamon & Ginger Manhattan
Ingredients
Fresh ginger
Cinnamon syrup – 15 mls
Woodford Reserve – 30 mls
Antica Formula – 15mls
Doaine De Cauton – 7.5
Method
Muddle the fresh ginger and the cinnamon syrup; add the rest of the ingredients, shake and double strain in the chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of ginger.

2. Spectacular for sipping during a Secret Santa swap: Lemon & Anise Sour
Ingredients
4 lemon wedges squeezed
Star anise syrup – 15mls
Apple juice – 25mls
Amaretto Diseranno – 15 mls
Bacardi Superior – 30 mls
Method
Shake all the ingredients and pour in a old fashioned glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a star anise.

Expresso – 1 shot
Cinnamon syrup – 15mls
Bacardi Gold – 30mls
Grand Marnier – 15mls
Method
Shake all ingredient and double strain in a goblet glass with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cinnamon stick.
