Bircher muesli
Serves 1 299 calories/4.5g fat/1.5g saturated fat
Ingredients:
75ml (3fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
75ml (3fl oz) apple juice
40g (1½oz) sugar-free muesli
1 tsp runny honey or agave syrup (optional)
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and roughly chopped or coarsely grated
25g (1oz) raspberries or blackberries
2 tbsps 0%-fat Greek yoghurt
Methods:
Pour the milk and apple juice over the muesli, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Stir in the honey or syrup, if using, apple and raspberries or blackberries, top with the yoghurt and serve.
