Summer berry smoothie
Serves 1 165 calories/3.7g fat/2.2g saturated fat
Ingredients:
150g (5oz) frozen summer berry compote or a mix of fresh berries if they are in season
200ml (7fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
4 tbsps 0%-fat Greek yoghurt
Method:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, purée until smooth and pour into a glass.
