Banana, peach and orange smoothie
BANANA, peach and orange can be blended for a heavenly smoothie that will give you loads of energy in the morning. Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS
500ml (17½fl oz) freshly squeezed orange juice
4 bananas (400g/14oz), cut into chunks, plus 1 extra to thicken
2 peaches, stones removed and cut into chunks
8 strawberries, hulled
4 ice cubes
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Banana, peach and orange smoothie is quick and easy to make
METHOD
• Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you have a smooth texture. If it is too thin, add a little more banana and blend again. If it is too thick, add a little orange juice or water. If your blender is not big enough to contain everything, do the blending in two halves.
