Cook in your microwave on high for 30 seconds before quickly taking the eggs out to beat them again.
Return to the appliance once beaten for another 30 seconds.
Beat again, breaking up any lumps of egg and then microwave for another 15 seconds, then beat again.
Good Food said the eggs will be loose at this stage, so serve them immediately if this is how you like them.

If you prefer your eggs a little firmer, microwave for a further 15 seconds, beat once more and then serve on toast.
You can also make poached eggs in the microwave by cracking an egg into a microwave-safe cup with a little water.
Cover the cup and then microwave for around 45 to 60 seconds until the egg whites are set and the yolk is still runny.
