Pasta recipe with pesto and garlic by Nigella Lawson is a 'joyous way to celebrate spring'
Made with an authentic Italian pesto sauce, Nigella Lawson says this relatively easy recipe is the perfect way to welcome spring.
Nigella Lawson swears this pasta dish is a "joyous way to celebrate spring."
Emanating a "glorious" scent from the fresh basil, this pasta recipe with potatoes is mixed with an authentic Italian pesto sauce called Pesto alla Genovese.
She says it requires little effort yet makes her feel put together, explaining that the potatoes cook pretty quickly in the pasta water and the pinenutless pesto is easily whipped up in a processor.
Other spring recipes you can try include Asian-inspired cabbage wraps, Middle Eastern-inspired lamb patties, French-inspired omelette and Italian-inspired lemon risotto.
