White Sangria
This White Sangria recipe, which is brought to you by Slingsby gin, is light and refreshing - and definite must for a warm day.
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 5 Parts Prosecco
- ½ Elderflower Cordial
Method:
Fill a jug with all the ingredients, add plenty of ice and stir.
Garnish with a variety of fruits such as raspberries, grapes, limes and apples.
You can even add a sprig of fresh int if you’re feeling fancy.
Pink Lemonade Punch
Ingredients:
- 250 ml Bathtub Gin
- 375 ml Brewed & Chilled Strawberry Raspberry Tea
- 500 ml Fresh Lemonade
- 75 ml Simple Syrup (2:1)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl with large chunks of ice & frozen strawberries.
Garnish with floating lemon slices and sprigs of lavender.

Raspberry & Lemon Spritz

Ingredients:
- 40ml Slingsby London Dry Gin
- 4 Raspberries
- 10ml Crème de Cassis
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Lemonade Top
Method:
Muddle raspberries and all the rest of the ingredients.
Strain into a low ball glass filled with ice.
Top with lemonade and garnish with a raspberry and sprig of mint.
Le Grand Fizz
Ingredients:
- 35 ml GREY GOOSE Vodka
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 25 ml ST-GERMAIN
- 60 ml Cold Soda Water
- Lime to garnish
Method:
Build ice into an oversized Cabernet wine glass.
Add the Grey Goose Vodka and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Top with St. Germain elderflower liqueur and chilled soda water.
Garnish with two lime wedges and a Grey Goose stirrer
