Pimm's is gin-based fruit drink and is often referred to as a liqueur. The beverage was first produced in 1823 by James Pimm and since 1997 it has been owned by British company Diageo.
Pimm's is often associated with British summers due to its light and refreshing taste.
You may also recognise as the drink of choice when attending Wimbledon, the prestigious tennis tournament in southwest London.
Fortunately, to make Pimm's, only a handful of ingredients are needed and the steps are very straightforward.

Pimm's ingredients
The ingredients listed below will allow to make one glass of Pimm's.
But of course, these can be bulked up if serving a larger party.
50ml Pimm's No. 1
150ml lemonade
Mint sprigs
Sliced cucumber
Sliced orange
Strawberries
Highball glass
Ice
How to make Pimm's
Fill the glass with ice and pour in the Pimm's and lemonade.
Give the drink a good stir and garnish with the mint, cucumber and orange.
For larger parties, you can add all proportional amounts of the ingredients to a jug and pour to serve.

75ml lemonade
25ml sparkling wine

How to make Pimm's No.1 Spritz
Fill the wine glass with ice and add the Pimm's, lemonade and sparkling wine.
Stir the drink well then garnish with slices of cucumber and mint.
