Prince William launched the Earthshot Prize in 2020, in search of the most innovative solutions to the world's greatest environmental challenges.
It is a prestigious annual environmental prize which aims to discover, celebrate, accelerate and scale solutions that can lead the world into harmony by 2030.
Every year, over the course of the next decade, five winners will be awarded £1million to scale their solutions into reality.
The challenge holds five different categories - Protect and Restore Nature, Clean Our Air, Revive Our Oceans, Build A Waste-Free Land and Fix Our Climate.
Earthshot Prize was inspired by President John F. Kennedy's 'Moonshot' in 1962 - the challenge which saw him aim to get a man to land on the moon during that decade.
