The iconic rock band haven’t played together since 2014, but could they be coming back to celebrate their 50th anniversary?
The idea of a reunion has seemed far-fetched for a while, with David Gilmour apparently having retired.
When asked about a Glastonbury reunion, Roger Waters said to Mason: “The last I heard, David retired. You know David better than me.”
However, The Guardian has reported Mason’s response and it’s great news for fans.

The drummer said: “I heard he’d retired and then he seemed to un-retire, so we don’t know”
While Mason said a Glastonbury reunion wasn’t very likely, he’s certainly not closed the door to it.
He added: “[I] would do it given the opportunity.”
Meanwhile a 50th anniversary exhibition has been announced for the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
The Pink Floyd Exhibition: Their Mortal Remains includes 350 objects including original instruments, artefacts and artworks.
The showcase marks 50 years since the release of Arnold Layne, their debut single in 1967.
Opening in May next year, it will run until October 2017.
