PS4 games UPDATE: Death Stranding, Final Fantasy, Left Alive, Kingdom Hearts and SNK news
PS4 fans have today got a tonne of game news with updates on Death Stranding, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts and Left Alive ahead of TGS 2018.
PS4 games list has been given a huge boost today with some big announcement made in the lead-up to the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2018.
A new trailer for Hideo Kojima’s mysterious Death Stranding - an exclusive for the PlayStation 4 - was showcased in Japan.
While Square Enix fans got a big boost as Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered and Kingdom Hearts VR were revealed for the PS4.
Elsewhere Left Alive, another Square Enix game which has a distinct Metal Gear vibe, has been given a release date of February 28 2019 for Japan.
Another big announcement that took place came courtesy of 90s arcade legends SNK.
On the same day that pre-orders for the Neo Geo Mini became available in the UK, a new SNK game was revealed.
Following on from the recent King of Fighters game, SNK will be bringing their beloved Samurai Spirits franchise to the current gen of consoles.
Yakuza creator Toshihiro Nagoshi also made an appearance to reveal a brand new game called Judge Eyes.
Coming in December 2018 in Japan and 2019 in the West, it appears to be set within the Yakuza universe.
However, instead of being on the side of the Japanese gangsters it looks to focus on the detectives trying to catch them.
These announcements were all made at the PlayStation Lineup Tour, a pre-Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2018 event held by Sony.
Other announcements include the God Eater 3 release date reveal and a new JRPG from Square Enix called Project Prelude Rune.
The latest title from the Shibuya-based developer is being led by Hideo Baba, the former producer of the Tales of series.
