Is it good: According to the reviews, no. Baywatch has been utterly panned by critics on both sides of the atlantic, leading Johnson to step in on Twitter and hit back.
Baywatch is out now
My Life as a Courgette - NEW
Certificate: PG
Running time: 66 minutes
What is it: You may have seen posters for this somewhat odd-looking stop-motion animated comedy. It’s an adaptation of Gilles Paris' 2002 novel Autobiographie d'une Courgette, and is about a police officer who helps help an orphan adjust to life at a foster home.
Who’s in it?: Ellen Page, Nick Offerman and Will Forte provide voices in the English-language version.
Is it good?: Just look at the plaudits - My Life… was nominated for Best Animated Feature at this year’s Oscars, and has won lots of acclaim at various festivals. It has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, too.
Kaya and Brenton on Pirates 5
Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Salazar’s Revenge

What is it: The latest instalment in the long-running series sees Will Turner’s son Henry on a quest to find Poseidon’s Trident; teaming up with orphan Carina Smith and - of course - Captain Jack Sparrow.
Who’s in it: Johnny Depp, Brenton Thwaites, Kaya Scodelario, Geoffrey Rush, Javier Bardem… and cameos from Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley.
Is it good: Critics disagree on this one but sadly more say no than yes. Rotten Tomatoes has worked out it has an overall score of around 31%.

What is it: In this Marvel sequel, Peter Quill/Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket and Baby Groot are running from an alien race called The Sovereign when they encounter Ego, The Living Planet.
Who’s in it: Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Kurt Russell, Vin Diesel and more.
Is it good: Although the consensus seems to be that it fails to match up to its predecessor, Guardians 2 has had a generally warm reception, and has performed well at the box office.
