Man who punched horse not prohibited by benefit-worthy disability
THE man who punched a horse (and it’s not often you’ll read that sentence) has been identified as benefits claiming Barry Rogerson, who picks up £105 a week in disability payments.
Unable to work since 2005 Rogerson, who hid his face behind a Newcastle scarf, claims his condition means he cannot get up stairs easily or dry himself after a shower without being out of breath.
Hmm. Didn’t seem to stop him running across the street to thump a horse though, did it?
