The 25-year-old actress and her other half Dan, 26, revealed that the joyful news had come as a "huge shock" to the couple, who tied the knot six months ago.
"We both started laughing when the test was positive," she told OK! Magazine. "We took two more just to be sure!"
"We hadn’t been trying so it was a huge shock. I think I’m still getting my head around it," Dan admitted.
"Kids are a blessing but having three children is going to be a big responsibility," he said. "I’m not going to lie, I feel quite scared."

Jacqueline and Dan tied the knot last year
EastEnders favourite Jacqueline already shares two-year-old daughter Ella with the former TOWIE star, who also has son Teddy, four, from a previous relationship.
She went on to voice her fears about the unexpected pregnancy, saying: "I’ve been thinking a lot about how I could possibly love this child as much as Ella, but I Googled it and saw a lovely saying – mothers don’t halve their love, they double it. That put my mind at rest a bit."
Jacqueline, who plays Lauren Branning on the popular BBC soap, also said that she wasn't very good with surprises, but that, nontheless, they didn't think they were going to find out the baby's sex this time around.
She then emphasised that the pair were not planning on having any more children after next arrival, even joking that Dan might have to "get the snip".
Jacqueline married Dan in a romantic, fairytale ceremony in Chesire last June.
She previously gushed about being a mother as she revealed that she felt "broody".
"My friend’s just had a baby, so every time I see them I feel broody," she told the publication. "But it’s just not the right time.
