The 57-year-old former professional dancer slipped into a figure-hugging black frock with bold scarlet floral embroidery as she posed for photographers on the red carpet at the star-studded bash.
Highlighting her trim curves in the chic peplum number, Shirley Ballas smiled for the cameras, appearing to put Piers Morgan's attack on her this morning out of her mind.
She accessorised with a statement red handbag and matching stiletto court shoes to continue the monochrome theme of the ensemble.
The Strictly Come Dancing head judge completed the look with co-ordinating red nails and lipstick, adding sultry smokey eye make-up and a touch of blusher across the apples of her cheeks.

Earlier today, Good Morning Britain presenter Piers, 52, hit out at the Shirley after his colleague Charlotte Hawkins, 42, was eliminated from Strictly.
Shirley previously called Charlotte by the wrong name before coming under fire for the awkward blunder.
On the ITV news programme this morning, Piers Morgan raged: "You see Mary, Mary Ballas, her name isn't Mollie, her name is Charlotte and after two weeks of attacking her, you can't even give her the respect of remembering her name.

"So I'm launching a campaign to get rid of [and] bring down Mary Ballas," he continued.
Shirley, however, seemed to choose to ignore Piers' comments and the backlash she has faced from fans after the gaffe, and was joined at the Women of the Year Lunch by Loose Women favourite Christine Lampard.
Christine, 38, turned heads in a pretty patterned dress with cold-shoulder cut-outs, teasing a glimpse of her décolletage in the plunging wraparound style.
