The star of This Morning, who has been enjoying her summer break from the ITV show, said she refuses to talk about her body shape.
"I think people will always discuss it, and it's exactly why I just won't," she explained.
"It just adds to it. I've sat across from parents who have lost children from eating disorders and I don't want to be part of that."
Holly, 36, went on to add: "Body image is such a dull subject when there is so much to talk about.

"As long as you're happy and you're healthy, move on."
The mother-of-three also went on to discuss the gender pay gap, revealing that she thinks it is "outrageous", but never questioned if her pay differed to co-host Phillip Schofield's.
"If you have two equally qualified people who have been doing something for the same amount of time then there is absolutely no excuse," Holly commented.
When asked if she was paid the same as Phillip, she admitted: "Do you know what? I have no idea. We've never spoke about it.

"The thing is, it's a really difficult question to answer because I think you have to trust in your employer really."
The blonde beauty's comments come after it was reported that she had been given a £200,000 pay rise to match the earnings of the 55-year-old.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am.
