The family-of-four were spotted arriving at Nobu restaurant in Malibu yesterday evening for some quality time together.
Catherine oozed elegance in a long navy dress, which she paired with silver court shoes and a matching handbag.
Meanwhile, Michael cut a smart figure in cream trousers, a white shirt and a pale pink knit jumper, which was tied around his shoulders.
The couple were joined by their teenage children, Dylan, 16, and Carys, 14 as they arrived at the Japanese restaurant.

Their daughter mirrored her mother's style as she chose a pair of white jeans and a navy sleeveless top for the outing, which she wore with a quilted Chanel handbag.
Dylan also opted for a navy ensemble as he sported a polka dot shirt and jeans with matching trainers.
While the family usually stay out of the spotlight, the acting duo have recently shared a number of throwback snaps from the teenagers' childhoods on Instagram.
Earlier this week, Catherine posted a sweet photo of Dylan accompanying her on the set of Chicago, in which she played Velma Kelly.
The tot could be seen with his hands in his mouth as the actress stares adoringly at him behind cell bars.
She also shared a shot from one of their family holidays, in which they can all be seen hugging each other as they soak up the sun on a sandy beach.
