NIGELLA LAWSON shocked fans today as she took to social media to showcase her recent weight loss.

The 57-year-old - who was known for her curvaceous figure - shared a behind-the-scenes shot on Instagram while she was busy filming her new BBC show At My Table.
However, despite her caption focusing solely on the series, Nigella’s one million followers were quick to comment on her noticeably slimmer figure.
The chef showed off her smaller frame in a tight black dress, with her wearing her brunette locks in loose curls around her shoulders.
She captioned the image: “Day 2 on set with @robinfox78 on camera for new series, At My Table #atmytable.”

Nigella - who was pictured showing off her svelte physique alongside Victoria Beckham at a Vogue event last week - recently spoke out about her new show, which marks the star’s return to the BBC after two years and will see her attempt to inject pleasure into everyday meals.
The beauty said: ”I’m excited to be making this new series and to share with viewers many new recipes alongside favourites that have evolved as I've cooked them over the years.
"At My Table continues my celebration of home cooking, infusing everyday with pleasure and flavour. What matters most in life is the connections we have with each other and food is always at the heart of this,” she added to Radio Times.
Nigella: At My Table is set to air on BBC2 later this year.
