BINDI IRWIN shared a poignant post on Twitter after her younger brother Robert appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night.

The 18-year-old daughter of crocodile hunter Steve Irwin took to Twitter to share a picture showing Robert's appearance side-by-side with a snap of their dad on Late Night with Jay Leno back in 2005.
"Tears in my eyes," Bindi wrote. "So proud of Robert tonight. Robert, you are more and more like Dad every day. I'm forever thankful to be your sister."
The pictures showed the incredible likeness between 13-year-old Robert and his late father and her post has been favourited over 9,000 times.

Robert won over viewers and showed he was a chip off the old block when he brought a host of wild animals onto the set to show Jimmy during the episode.
With his adorable enthusiasm for wildlife, even Jimmy couldn't help but comment on how like his father he was.
"It's so cool to see you like this," he said. "You're actually you're dad!"
Robert smiled as he admitted how great it was to be able to follow in his dad's footsteps and appear on the show.

When the host commented on how clear it was that Robert loved animals and wildlife he said: "It's just in my blood - I actually grew up at Australia Zoo. I think I'm the luckiest kid on planet earth.
Viewers were stunned at how much like his dad Robert looks, and flooded to Twitter to praise him for his adorable TV debut.
"Robert Irwin is literally the spitting image of his father," said one social media user, and another added: "Steve would be insanely proud right now."
Another said: "I love how Robert Irwin doesn't temper his enthusiasm at all. He reminds me of his dad so much!"
