Jeremy - who had a tumultuous relationship with Stephanie after they met in the Celebrity Big Brother house last year - took a DNA test live on This Morning last week and he's now revealed, after months of speculation, that the baby is his.
The Irish reality TV star posted a snap of the little one on Twitter last night, alongside the caption: "I'll love this monkey with every bit of me," with a love heart and a heart-eyed emoji.
He also added that he's "the happiest man alive" in his Instagram version of the post.
Jeremy - who denied that the child was his at first - appeared on This Morning on Wednesday and took the DNA test with the help of AlphaBiolabs DNA Testing; the same company used by the Jeremy Kyle Show.

He was on the brink of tears as he called the whole ordeal “demoralising”.
After host Phillip Schofield, 54, recalled blasting Jeremy and Stephanie - who announced she was pregnancy one month after they split last June - over their relentless public spats, Jeremy admitted: "I've learnt and it's certainly something you have to go through.
"When she makes it public, I have to defend myself somehow. I just wanna sort it.”

Despite their brief romance, Jeremy assured before their relationship turned toxic, they were every much “in love”.
“Yeah of course in the [Celebrity Big Brother] house, obviously you’re in a confined space and when we got out it was a whirlwind,” he explained.
However, when they fled the Borehamwood bungalow, he claimed everyone knew it was time to call time on their relationship - including Stephanie.
