Ozzy Osbourne has reportedly gone back to smoking marijuana away from the eyes of his wife Sharon. At 75 years old and facing a battle with Parkinson's as well as neck and back issues, Ozzy confessed: "I am happier but I am not completely sober. I use a bit of marijuana from time to time."

Amidst his notorious struggles with addiction, Ozzy credits Sharon, 71, with keeping him grounded and steering him away from a return to his most troubling times.

He praised her firm approach, stating on his Madhouse Chronicles podcast: "I am lucky my wife kicks my butt all the time and she would make life so difficult. Even with marijuana she will f***ing find it and get rid of it."

On the podcast, Ozzy also revealed he had taken ketamine in a controlled medical environment.

"I went to a doctor recently and started to have this ketamine," Ozzy recalled. "He put a tiny bit in me but that was enough to spark me. That thing came back and weighted my brain," reports Birmingham Live.

He confessed that he recently stopped attending Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings, but now questions whether it was the correct decision.

Urging others to seek help, the rocker continued: "If you are out there and you are using dope and you want to get off, there is plenty of help.

"AA is a 12-step programme. It got me sorted out to a certain degree. I do not go to meetings myself anymore. Maybe I should do, I don't know."

Ozzy has been open about his substance issues and admits that during the height of his fame in the 1970s, he felt he could not "do a thing creatively sober".

Looking back with regret, he said: "I was the king of the world, a rock star and I had the biggest party ever. The thing is I never thought I could do a f***ing thing of creativity (if I was sober)."

The celebrated metal icon will make a rare public appearance this month when he is inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in Cleveland. The prestigious event is slated for October 19.

The recognition marks Ozzy's second induction into the institution, following Black Sabbath's entry in 2006
