He dished: "My wife and I woke up the morning after the final and we just started laughing!"
Ore began the contest with no dance experience at all, and in just 16 weeks transformed into a ballroom dancer.
It was quite the leap given that Claudia Winkleman told the audience at the first live show that the sports presenter didn't even dance at his own wedding.

But Ore quickly shut down the claim and insisted that it was only partly true, with him managing to "groove a bit" on the big day.
He quipped: "That’s been interpreted a number of ways in the last four months. Of course I danced! I didn’t stand in the corner of my own wedding reception and just go, ‘No, no, no this isn’t for me’.
"I asked my wife if she wanted to do a few more moves in our first dance rather than just move from side to side. She said no, so we just grooved a bit."
