The 43-year-old bodyguard was in the nightclub with the reality star's sisters when masked men broke into her private residence in Paris and stole £8.5million worth of jewellery.
He reportedly arrived at the scene two minutes after the men escaped on bicycles after her close friend Simone Harouche, who was also in the building, alerted him by text.
Now reports have emerged that he made a claim for company insolvency for his security company at Heidelberg administrative court on July 22.
Documents obtained by the Mail state that the company's "inability to pay and debts" meant that a lawyer was appointed to the case to examine the finances.
