The star-studded bash was held in London's Leicester Square and the likes of Madonna and Bob Geldof were in attendance.
Surviving members of the band Ringo and Paul looked happier than ever as they posed on the blue carpet, with their wives looking stunning as they posed beside them and on their own.
Barbara donned a orange and white striped jacket and a pair of black trousers, while Nancy showed off her slim physique in a black and blue dress, which she teamed with a chunky black waist belt.

John Lennon's wife Yoko Ono, 83, also turned heads on the carpet as she posed for photographers.
She was easily recognisable as she nailed her signature style of circular shades and a black top hat.
The documentary features a compilation of found footage featuring music, interviews, and stories of The Beatles' 250 concerts from 1963 to 1966.

Director Ron recently said of the flick: “We’ve all loved hearing their records over our sound systems, but there they are live and they’re great!
“And the energy of it is infectious. It just makes you smile. I think the next big surprise to me was just how funny they were.
"In interviews or just talking, they’re smart and funny and very entertaining," he added to the Liverpool Echo.
