The X Factor presenter however made sure all eyes were on her by opting for a thigh-skimming number, to mark the release of her book, Storm In A C Cup.
Wearing her tresses piled high in a casual top knot, the 35-year-old looked to be in high-spirits as she cosied up to her co-host at hotspot, Library.
Caroline couldn't resist hitting the dance floor where her never-ending legs were impossible to miss in her unusual black minidress.
The shiny number featured a wet-look finish as well as a velvet hem and short-sleeves, which was teamed with towering heels.

She had also told her 1.83 million followers: "CANNOT WAIT FOR TONIGHT. Tags all friends and family… @gemcairn get those disco tunes ready… I'm OUTOUT #booklaunch."

Caroline is said to dish the dirt on her brief relationship with Harry Styles, as well as her alleged romance with Prince Harry in the book.
Her outing meanwhile comes just days after Olly opened up about how "cross" he was that Simon Cowell was trying to play cupid.
The singer spoke out about the "difficult" time he'd had after calling time on his romance with 26-year-old Francesca last month.
But Olly insisted that he is not dating Caroline Flack, and he expressed his anger towards head judge Simon for attempting to matchmake.
