The 25-year-old is suing the US comedian, claiming he drugged and molested her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 17.
The civil lawsuit accuses the 78-year-old of "childhood sexual abuse" and demands damages of $75,000.
Chloe, who is also seeking a jury trail, said she blacked out at the bash seven years go after being given a drink by the star, before waking up half-naked alongside him, TMZ previously stated.
The disgraced star is facing a series of sexual assault accusations dating back decades - all of which he has denied.

Chloe is demanding damages of $75,000
Bill is due to testify this week after Judy Huth accused him of sexually abusing her in 1974, when she was 15-years-old, also at the Playboy Mansion.
Chloe's claims happened comparatively recently compared with the majority of the alleged incidents that Bill's accusers have discussed from the '70s and '80s.
The older cases from at least 50 women are unlikely to face prosecution because of legal restrictions

The model told reporters: "Today I recognise that I've taken legal action that many of the other victims of Bill Cosby will never be able to take.
"This has gone on long enough, it's time Bill Cosby was held accountable for his crimes," the BBC has stated.
Chloe's lawyer Spencer Kuvin said the alleged assault happened before her 18th birthday in May 2008.
