BILL COSBY is reportedly being investigated by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, after Chloe Goins claimed he sexually assaulted her back in 2008.

The model, who was 18 at the time of the alleged incident, has said that the disgraced comedian abused her at a party at the Playboy Mansion.
The 78-year-old could now face criminal charges after the case came under review, according to a TMZ report.
Chloe said she blacked out at the bash after being given a drink by the star, before waking up half-naked alongside him.
Bill however has denied he was at the party altogether.

"It is under review by the Sex Crimes division," Jane Robison from the DA’s office told Deadline.
She added: "We don’t talk about time, we don’t talk about deadlines."
Deadline went on to state that the LAPD was given detailed information suggesting that Bill was on the East Coast at the time of the Los Angeles event on August 9.

Chloe's claims happened comparatively recently compared with the majority of the alleged incidents that Bill's accusers have discussed from the '70s and '80s.
The older cases from at least 50 women are unlikely to face prosecution because of legal restrictions
