'It's distasteful' Robbie Williams’ dad defends daughter-in-law after harassment claims
THE father of Robbie Williams has branded the sexual harassment claims against his son's wife "rubbish" and "distasteful" today.

Pete Conway spoke out in support of Ayda Field, following reports that a former personal assistant of hers had filed a lawsuit against her.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: "It’s a total load of rubbish. As if she would be walking around in underwear talking about her and Rob like that.
"Its really distasteful because she is a mother of very young kids."
Gilles De Bonfilhs, who only worked with the couple for a short time, claimed the 36-year-old "walked around in various stages of undress, shared details about her sex life, questioned him about his sex life and asked him to comment on her body", TMZ previously stated.

Pete also emphasised how happy his son was the US actress, who he married in 2010 after four years together.
"Their relationship is completely healthy and they are very much in love. You only have to look at them to know that they are totally in love and wonderful," he said.
When approached by the reports, a representative for the couple told the Express.co.uk: "The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance.
"Any proceedings will be strenuously defended. There will be no further comment on the matter as it is in the hands of the lawyers."

Robbie, 41, who has remained quiet about the lawsuit on his Twitter page, but shared a photo seemingly in support of Ayda at the weekend.
The fun, loved-up picture of them was captioned simply: "#Rydaforever xxxxxxxxx".
The couple are currently on holiday in France at the Cannes Film Festival, to mark Ayda's birthday yesterday.
