Robbie's wife Ayda is reportedly being sued by a former employee
The couple have pledged to "strenuously" defend themselves after the "disgruntled" former employee took legal action against them.
A representative for Robbie, 41, said: "The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance. Any proceedings will be strenuously defended.
They added: "There will be no further comment on the matter as it is in the hands of the lawyers."
Gilles De Bonfilhs worked with the couple for a short period of time and has now allegedly filed a lawsuit against them, claiming that he was subjected to sexual harassment from Robbie's actress wife.
