Mr Turner tops the London Critics' Circle Awards with seven nominations
MIKE Leigh's biopic Mr Turner has lead the way for the London Film Critics' Circle Awards after receiving seven nominations.

The film, which explores the final 25 years of eccentric British landscape painter JMW Turner's life, is up for awards in categories including Film of the Year and British Film of the year.
Veteran actor Timothy Spall, who portrays the artist, is up for Actor of the Year and British Actor of the Year.
Earlier this year the 57-year-old star scooped the Best Actor Award at this year's Cannes festival and is already being tipped to land an Oscar 2015 nomination.
Meanwhile, Timothy faces stiff competition at the London Critics' Circle awards from Benedict Cumberbatch and Eddie Redmayne, who have also both received nods for Actor of the Year and British Actor of the Year.

Eddie has been recognised for his role as theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking in his new biopic The Theory Of Everything.
While Benedict Cumberbatch could potentially walk away with the accolade for his portrayal of real-life code breaker Alan Turing in the movie The Imitation Game.
Benedict's co-star Keira Knightley, who recently announced she is expecting her first child, is up for British Actress of the Year.
Meanwhile, black comedy Birdman is another film leading the nominations at the prestigious film awards show.
