Carol Vorderman's appearance sparks fury – but she has stinging response
Carol Vorderman has confessed that she pays no attention to those who troll her appearance as the age-defying beauty shared her secret to staying youthful.
LBC radio host Carol Vorderman revealed that she has used Botox to keep her skin looking radiant and youthful. The 63-year-old confessed that she decided to undergo cosmetic procedures including injectables because it makes her “happy”.
The ITV star, who regularly guest presents on This Morning, shared she has a “'no f***s given” approach when it comes to online trolls who scrutinize her appearance. In an interview with The Sunday Times Magazine, she took a swipe at people who tried to shame her looks over the years.
Meanwhile, she heard saying: “Everyone on telly has Botox. I look the way I do because it makes me happy.” Before adding: “But you get to a point in life where it's no f***s given.”
Carol quoted the late music icon David Bowie and said: “I love what David Bowie said about ageing: ‘You become the person you always should have been’.
She confessed that when she reads hurtful comments it only “spurs” her on to continue being her authentic self. “My sixties is the age I always should have been. The abuse I get is off the scale but I don't give a monkey's. Actually it spurs me on,” she added.
Carol was once accused of going under the knife and having her breasts enlarged due to fans noticing that her chest suddenly seemed bigger than usual.
She continued to share that she has actually never had a boob job, but went up three cup sizes several years ago.
The former Countdown host suffered a series of side effects when she battled menopause which included physical body changes as well as brain fog.

Back in 2015 she became a campaigner for awareness around the issue and is a patron of the campaign group Menopause Mandate.
The brunette beauty often takes to social media and shares regular updates of her latest fashion staples with her 626,000 Instagram followers.
She is known for her stylish looks and incredible hourglass figure - which attracts both criticism and positive comments.In the chat, she also claimed she was 'threatened' by the BBC for her controversial tweets about the then-Conservative government.
Back in 2023, she was axed from her Radio Wales show because she refused to stop sharing her strong political beliefs, which she dubbed as "sexist."
In the same week she was sacked, Huw Edwards was arrested for making indecent images of children - to which he pleaded guilty in July.
