According to The Sun, Katie is due to appear in court for a £760,000 bankruptcy case on Tuesday. The publication also reported that a court official said that the case was listed for 10:30am.

Katie, who was recently declared bankrupt for a second time over an unpaid tax bill, moved out of her £2 million mansion after being served an "eviction notice."

The reality TV star was reported in May to have been given just weeks to leave her home.

According to The Mirror, Katie said at the time that she "can't wait" to leave her mansion after living there for nine years. She also shared that she's had "nothing but bad memories" while living there.

She admitted: "I absolutely hate the Mucky Mansion, even how it's been called the Mucky Mansion because of all the stuff that happened there before. I can't wait to get out of that house I've had nothing but bad memories in that house for nine years."

Katie, who was previously declared bankrupt in 2019, moved into her £2 million mansion in 2014. The model is believed to owe £761,994.05 to HM Revenue and Customs, a court was told in March.
